“That no institution has an overall jurisdiction. The area of the church is the ministry of grace, the area of the state is the ministry of justice, the area of the school is education, the area of the family, of course an obvious one, for the wife to be a help-meet to the man,in his calling under God, and the children to be reared up under the discipline of their parents and the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”
